Just how good were the Pelicans last night?

I have a soft spot in my heart for the New Orleans Pelicans because of a few client projects I have worked on in the Crescent City. I did some research into the analytics of last night's 139-91 blowout of the Timberwolves at home. Here's what I found:

+40: Jrue Holiday had a +/- of +40, meaning the Pelicans netted 40 points more than their opponents when he was on the court. That’s the third highest ever in Pelicans/Hornets history dating back to 2000 when these stats were first tracked (Bobby Jackson was +42 on 1/11/08 and Stacey Augmon was +42 on 12/26/2013).

1st out of 13,908: The Pelicans now hold the NBA record for highest 3-pt FG % in a regular season game with at least 20 3-pt field goals attempts at 75%. There have been 13,908 teams that have attempted at least 20 3-pt field goals in a game. (BB Ref's data on 3 point data in box scores goes back to 1985-86 season).

26.4%: The difference between the Pelicans shooting percentage and the Timberwolves shooting percentage. This is the highest margin in Pelicans history by 5.1%, and 37th highest margin all time (top .07% of NBA games all time)

+34: Last night the trio of Omer Asik, Tyreke Evans and Eric Gordon was +34 last night when all three players were on the court. That ties for the highest +/- for any Pelicans trio since 12/26/2003 when Stacey Augmon, PJ Brown and Jamaal Magliore were also +34
